DE Group, Inc. since 2007
DE Group is a family-owned specialty contractor based in Walnut Creek. The company grew out of roofing and waterproofing and now delivers a wider building-envelope practice, including seamless gutters.
From November 26, 2007 through 2023, Dependable Roofing, Inc. operated as a family business and became a respected provider of residential, home-builder, and commercial roofing.
On September 8, 2023, Inocencia and Mark Rodríguez, with the founding team, created Dependable Roofing USA Group to carry specialized trade work beyond roofing and waterproofing, with coordinated teams in the United States and Mexico. On July 10, 2024, the company rebranded as DE Group and launched a North American platform.
In early 2026, DE Group added a building-integrated and building-applied photovoltaics practice with electrical engineering and solar partners. The next step is an integrated platform made of DE Group and DEG + Partners, Inc.
Clients include professional athletes and team organizations such as the Golden State Warriors and the San Francisco Giants, along with founders and operators across Silicon Valley. The work depends on discretion, reliability, and results.
